The Chinnor & Princes Risborough Railway is the unlikely home for a Class 411/9 3-CEP unit. Despite obviously not being able to operate under its own power, 1198 is an active member of the line's fleet. It is seen here passing Wainhill on 3 April 2022 with the 1P03 09:50 Chinnor to Princes Risborough service, during the line's Diesel Gala. On this end of the unit it carries the number 2304, which was its number when it was a four car 4-BEP set. Providing all the power, smoke and noise at the front is visiting Hanson & Hall Class 50 50008 Thunderer.
