Class 421 4-CIG 1302 passes the freightliner terminal at Millbrook on 15 April 1997 with the 14:20 Southampton to Brockenhurst service. 1302 is one of the small fleet of 421/5s, nicknamed 'Greyhound ' units, by virtue of their improved acceleration, achieved by adding an additional stage of field weakening to the motors.
