Class 411 4-CEP 1574 leads the 13:30 Charing Cross to Dover and Margate Network SouthEast service past Paddock Wood on 3 September 1988. Repainting the huge fleet of Southern EMUs in the new NSE colours was obviously a big job, and it is nice to see here a complete rake of stock still in the earlier 'Jaffa Cake' livery, over two years after the launch of Network SouthEast.
