Running 19 minutes late, 165017 & 165036 pass through Islip station on 19 April 2019 with the 1T50 17:11 Marylebone to Oxford Chiltern Railways service. The solitary passenger on the platform has every reason to look fed up, as he was intending to travel to Bicester, but a revised timetable was in operation, and the next train to Bicester was not for another four hours! He had decided to wait for the stopping train to Oxford instead. The revised timetable, and the use of Class 165s instead of the usual Class 168s was the result of the closure of Euston for engineering works. As a consequence, Chiltern had strengthened their trains on their route to Birmingham.
