165018 passes Oxford North Junction on 16 July 2011 with the early morning Aylesbury to Oxford (via Banbury) Chiltern Railways ECS working, that preludes the unit's daily workings on the Bicester Branch. This isn't really very 'green', as the former First Great Western service on the route started from Oxford and didn't incur such uneconomic empty stock mileage. The branch line to Bicester can be seen diverging to the right in the background. |
