165101 gives the impression of running wrong line at Shorthampton on 3 May 2011, whilst working the 1W41 14:21 Paddington to Moreton-in-Marsh First Great Western service. It is as well that it is not running on the 'correct' line, as that ends just a few yards further on! The reinstalled second track on the Cotswold Line is here forming the new down line, however, just past the next bridge the new line is on the up alignment. As of May 2011 there is a gap in the doubling at this point, as the single running line will have to be split during the forthcoming shutdown.
