165107 climbs Campden Bank near Mickleton with the 12:06 Worcester Foregate Street to Paddington First Great Western service on 6 March 2009. While waiting for this train the sun was out fully which was causing a slight problem with the dappled shade. However, as the train could be heard approaching the sun went in which looked very drab, but fortunately just as it came into view the sun came out very weakly, creating the perfect soft lighting for the location! Note the new signal troughing on the right which has just been installed to replace that on the left, which due to lack of foresight when the line was singled, was laid too close to the track for any future redoubling, which is now about to take place. |
