165117 is dwarfed by the surrounding landscape, as it heads down the Evenlode Valley on 11 December 2018 with the 1P25 09:54 Great Malvern to Paddington GWR service. This is the view from the very tall Grintleyhill Bridge, near Combe. Viewed through a very long lens, Whitehill Bridge is clearly visible in the background, with Wychwood Forest in the distance. Note how railings have been added to the low parapet of the River Evenlode bridge to the left of the DMU, as after well over a century, apparently rail workers cannot now be trusted not to fall in the river!
