The road bridge at Sherrington used to afford excellent views of the railway in both directions. Now the northbound shot is very restricted, with only an almost a head on viewpoint possible. 165119 & 166213 pass the abundant vegetation on 27 June 2019 with the 1F20 13:23 Portsmouth Harbour to Cardiff Central GWR service.
