165119 accelerates away from Ashchurch (for Tewkesbury) station on 17 July 2018 with the 2G80 07:15 Gloucester to Great Malvern GWR service. This train's sorry story highlights the appalling level of service everyone has come to expect from the completely misnamed Great Western Railway in 2018. The train left Gloucester 14 minutes late, lost more time en-route, and was then cancelled at Worcester Shrub Hill, apparently due to crew problems. Note the recently restored water tower in the background, the last surviving remnant of the original Ashchurch station.
