Just before dawn on 19 September 2009, 165119 heads north out of Banbury station after arriving with the 06:16 Oxford to Banbury First Great Western service, FGW's first train of the day on the route. A short distance north of the station it will cross over and return to the station in order to work the 07:02 train back to Oxford, the company's first southbound service. A pair of Chiltern Railways Class 165 units (165024 nearest) are parked in the bay platform, while in the background a Loram rail grinder can be seen parked in the yard. |
