A final look at one of my formerly most frequented Cotswold Line locations prior to the redoubling of the track. 165119 passes Chilson on 24 June 2009 with the 2E92 06:50 Worcester Foregate Street to Oxford First Great Western service. The village of Ascott-under-Wychwood can just be seen in the distance, with Ascott Mill alone in the fields on the right. This train is the only up service to call at Ascott-under-Wychwood station, but because it runs so early in the morning it is only in mid summer than shadow free pictures can be taken from most locations.
