165124 passes over the ungated level crossing at Oddington on 7 March 2011 with the 2L09 10:30 Bicester Town to Oxford First Great Western service. Note the clear light displayed to train drivers to indicate that the automatic lights at the crossing have operated correctly. This crossing will be replaced by a bridge a little further along the line when the line is upgraded for through running to London via Bicester. As a prelude to this, Chiltern Railways will soon take over these local workings.
