An unbelievably lucky picture taken at Chilson on 18 May 2022. 165133 just manages to beat the advancing cloud, as it runs along the Cotswold Line with the only Class 165 operated up train of the day - the 2E80 06:52 Worcester Foregate Street to Didcot Parkway 'all stations' GWR service. I had originally intended to go to Moreton-in Marsh to photograph some of the earlier trains in the early morning light. However, I could see that there was fog or low cloud in that direction, so I headed for Chilson instead. As soon as I arrived, so did the cloud! It stayed completely cloudy for an hour, and then just as this train was due there were a few very brief bursts of sunshine, this being the last of them. It was then full cloud again, and time for home!
