As part of the unit's refurbishment at Wolverton, it will receive GWR's uninspiring dark green livery. This was running 12 minutes early, which was a bit worrying, as the late running 1C04 07:28 Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads GWR service was rapidly approaching from the opposite direction. The signal in the background is still on double amber, so luckily it was still a minute away.
