166203 passes Chilson on 22 February 2017 with the 1P37 09:50 Moreton-in-Marsh to Paddington GWR service. Sometimes (but not very often!) the Met Office underestimates the amount of sunshine in the forecast. This was supposed to be a totally cloudy morning, with the possibility of a little drizzle. I was therefore surprised when the sun came out, and stayed out for quite some time. However, this may have been fairly local, as it is clearly a lot cloudier further to the north.
