Newly named 166204 Norman Topsom MBE passes Churchill Heath (near Kingham) on 21 November 2015 with the 1P47 12:06 Worcester Foregate Street to Paddington GWR service. Norman Topsom was the long serving and flamboyant station master of Twyford station, who featured in the TV series 'The Railway: First Great Western'. The unit was named on the occasion of his retirement on 30 October 2015. Since I first saw this unit in GWR's new dark green livery, it has acquired a repositioned set number, GWR logos, and door embellishments.
