On 18 October 2016, the 1P47 12:06 Worcester Foregate Street to Paddington GWR service started from Oxford, allegedly due to some earlier late running. However, there was a 5P47 12:06 Worcester Shrub Hill to Oxford ECS running in its path. I can only assume there was no guard for the Cotswold Line part of the journey, therefore it had to run to Oxford empty. 166205 is pictured here passing through Honeybourne station at high speed, running 23 minutes early. Only one passenger was inconvenienced here, wandering down the long footbridge ramp shortly afterwards, only to return a little later!
