Most of First Great Western's services from Banbury terminate at Oxford, and are worked by two car Class 165/1s. However, in the morning peak period a number of trains work right through to Paddington, and are formed of three car sets. Not far into its two hour journey on 10 April 2012, 166205 passes Somerton with the 1P25 07:27 Banbury to Paddington, neatly coinciding with a very brief patch of weak early morning sunshine. |
