Engineering work on the Chiltern Line on Sunday 20 June 2010 saw a revised service operated by Chiltern Railways from Birmingham to Oxford, to connect with First Great Western trains for London. 168003 speeds through Tackley station with the 1V42 13:10 Birmingham Snow Hill to Oxford service. Obviously the leading vehicle of 168003 will require some cosmetic front end attention soon, as it has presumably hit something chipping a piece off the edge of the faring and punching a large hole on the corner of the moulding.
