170111 crosses over the River Nene near Irchester on 15 December 2001 with the 09:56 Nottingham to St Pancras Midland Mainline service. I was extremely lucky with the lighting here, as for quite some time the scene was lit by the low winter sun, while quite clearly a few miles further north everything would be under a large area of dark clouds.
