170306 passes Thorpe Willoughby in spectacular evening lighting on 26 July 2008 with the 19:00 Hull to Leeds First Trans Pennine Express service. This was a purely opportune shot, as I was stopped at the level crossing and the combination of a low setting sun and dark clouds occurred just at the right time. Note the barriers at the level crossing in the background just starting to rise and the adjacent 1873 built North Eastern Railway signal box.
