With an almost complete correct headcode, 20189 & 20227 Sherlock Holmes pass Bearley Junction on 22 August 2021 with the Vintage Trains 1T50 10:00 Birmingham Snow Hill to Stratford-upon-Avon 'Shakespeare Express' railtour. The Class 20s were substituting for the unavailable GWR Castle Class 4-6-0 7029 Clun Castle. The sun was almost breaking through the clouds, and I was very lucky that this passed during a few minutes of relatively good light, on what was otherwise a terribly dull morning.
