20313 & 20314 approach Talerddig Summit in atrocious light on 16 May 1999 with the Eagle Railtours Aberystwyth to Leamington Spa 'Cambrian Mountain Explorer' railtour. The tour participants had earlier enjoyed a ride behind GWR 2-6-2T 9 Prince of Wales on the narrow gauge Vale of Rheidol Railway.
