Having enjoyed a day out at the Gloucester Rail Day on 1 July 1990, passengers on board 205028 head for home with the Kingfisher Railtours 1Z40 16:15 Gloucester to Portsmouth Harbour 'Solent Salute' railtour. It is pictured passing the remains of Coaley Junction, now the site of Cam & Dursley station. The outward working had been via Didcot and Swindon, the return was via Bristol and Westbury.
