31145 heads north a Clay Mills (Hargate) on 4 September 1991 with a rather unprofitable freight train. The loco was allocated to Bescot at the time, and is carrying a Bescot depot plaque under the side window. This features a saddle design, reflecting one of Walsall's former industries.
