33051 Shakespeare Cliff & 33030 pass the overgrown platforms of Seaton Junction station (closed along with the Seaton branch in 1966) with the Hertfordshire Railtours 1Z33 12:28 Bristol Temple Meads to Victoria (via Exeter) 'Six Five Special' railtour on 13 September 1997. Starting out from London as the 1Z66 07:31 Victoria to Bristol Temple Meads, this train was booked as the final Class 33 railtour, which explains the many photographers both on the station's footbridge, and the road bridge on which I was standing. Later in the evening 33116 would perform the last rites as it worked the 1Z65 20:17 Victoria to Finsbury Park.
