37038 & 37197 pass Alstone (on the edge of Cheltenham) in miserable light on 16 March 2002 with the Pathfinder Tours 1Z37 05:40 Sheffield to Onllwyn 'Valley Voyager' railtour. Although the former Midland Railway goods shed in the background appears to be receiving roof repairs, it caught fire shortly after this, and was demolished the following year.
