37038 brings up the rear of the Pathfinder Tours 1Z63 05:27 Manchester Victoria to Newport 'Severnside' railtour, as it very slowly passes underneath the Avonmouth Bulk Handling Terminal coal loading silos at St Andrews Road on 11 November 1995. 31462 & 31467 were leading the train. Terrible weather, but well worth recording a movement which heath & safety rules would surely prevent nowadays!
