37215 was withdrawn from mainline service in July 1993 and after acquisition by the Growler Group, moved to the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway in June 1994. Almost exactly a year after arriving at the railway, it is pictured in Toddington Yard on 21 June 1995. Restoration work is already underway, with the first areas of red primer being applied over the Trainload Petroleum livery. The somewhat more protracted restoration project of 26043 can be seen in the background.
