37261 & 37405 pass Little Langford on 30 November 2013 with the Pathfinder Tours 1Z42 06:01 Whitchurch to Portsmouth Harbour 'Festive Festival Express' railtour. The diminutive gothic revival St Nicholas church (largely rebuilt in the nineteenth century) makes an ideal background, as does the prominent beech tree, still with most of its leaves. Naturally, a large crowd of photographers had gathered at this prime spot, and there was a huge collective of sigh of relief when the sun finally reappeared from behind a cloud shortly before the train arrived!
