37355 passes Ashchurch on 6 May 1989 with the Growler Group's 1Z17 07:14 Wolverhampton to Cwmbargoed 'Glamorgan Growler' railtour. Obviously a success, as the tour was repeated the following year, with a slightly revised itinerary and the provision of two locos up front. 37355 is wearing the Trainload grey livery, but devoid of any sector logos, although the remnants of part of one can just be seen next to the rear cab door.
