37376 approaches Thingley Junction on 9 November 1997 with the 1Z27 12:20 Melksham to Paddington Royal Scotsman charter. I had already photographed this a little earlier, as it approached Melksham with the 5Z27 10:35 ECS from Cranmore. The six day tour had started at Edinburgh, and visited York, Harrogate, Salisbury, Yeovil, Exeter and Westbury, before finishing in London.
