57xx 0-6-0PT 3738 stands outside the main shed at the Didcot Railway Centre on 5 May 2013. 3738 was built at Swindon in 1937, and spent most of its working life on empty stock workings in the London area. It was rescued from Barry scrapyard by the Great Western Society in the mid 1970s.
