In unaccustomed Scottish sunshine, 37404 Loch Long approaches Achanalt on 10 August 1997 with the 1H98 13:25 Kyle of Lochalsh to Aviemore 'Royal Scotsman'. Good use was made of one of the typically dilapidated stone walls to add foreground interest, although using a Pentax 6x7 and ISO 100 film it was a challenge to get enough depth of field for both the train and the wall!
