There are no waiting passengers at Chetnole on 20 April 1995, so 37407 Blackpool Tower passes straight though with the 2O85 06:46 Westbury to Weymouth Regional Railways service. There were however some passengers to be picked up at Yetminster, approximately 1½ miles before. Such was the stillness of the morning, that I distinctly heard the train approaching from Thornford, slow down and stop at Yetminster, then after a brief stop accelerate away again. All this several minutes before it came into view!
