37407 Blackpool Tower passes through Shipton's tiny station on 17 October 2024 with the 5Z69 09:25 Kidderminster Severn Valley Railway to Eastleigh Arlington barrier vehicle move, comprising former First Great Western Motorail vans 96605, 96603, 96607 & 96602. This was running over two hours late, due to an earlier track circuit failure near Evesham. There was a lot more cloud than at the train's booked time, and it was probably lucky that I was standing in the shadow of one of the lorries in the car park belonging to Mathews Cotswold Flour, so that I couldn't see just how close the sun was to one of the clouds as the train approached!
