Gleaming after a repaint, 37410 pulls in to Pengam station with the 2F42 16:15 Rhymney to Cardiff Central service on 21 June 2003. To the majority of railway enthusiasts Pengam means the freightliner terminal just to the east of Cardiff, but this is the other Pengam on the now passenger only line to the north of Cardiff. I presume the station does have some regular customers, but each time I have been there actual passengers as opposed to photographers have been noticeable by their absence!
