With the island of Eigg visible in the background, 37416 Sir Robert McAlpine & 37408 Loch Rannoch pass Kinloid with the Pathfinder Tours 1Z81 09:25 Fort William to Mallaig 'Monarch of the Glen' railtour on 6 October 2001. A couple of other photographers had earlier inspected this viewpoint, but decided it wasn't quite right, and so wandered off across the fields towards Mallaig. Unfortunately, a solitary cloud blocked out the sun at their chosen location!
