37418 An Comunn Gaidhealach passes Yarnton on 7 March 2022 with the 6Z37 11:55 Eastleigh Arlington to Sinfin Sidings (Derby), conveying tow repaired bogie oil tanks. I had seen these two tanks on their way south for repair a few weeks earlier, hauled by 56049 Robin of Templecombe 1938-2013. A large logo Class 37 was not to be missed, but unfortunately in the Oxford area most locations were horribly backlit. So here is a record picture of the vintage loco coming almost straight out of the sun. Just look at the length of that shadow!
