37425 emerges into a brief patch of sunshine as it approaches Bargoed on 16 April 2005 with the 2F26 12:15 Rhymney to Cardiff Central service. A few seconds earlier and this would not have been in sun. This picture gives the impression that some railway photographers had decided this was a prime location and felled all the trees to open up the view! However, this was not the case, as the tree clearance was purely coincidental, and strangely I was the only photographer to venture to this location!
