In some welcome autumnal sunshine, 37427 & 37413 The Scottish Railway Preservation Society pass Dalnaspidal as they start the descent from Drumochter Summit with the Pathfinder Tours / Regency Rail 1Z27 10:15 Inverness to Cardiff 'West Highlander' railtour on 25 October 1998. Although intermittently sunny, there was an extremely strong wind blowing, so much so that my tripod blew over! Thankfully this was before I had fixed the cameras to it!
