37501 Teesside Steelmaster approaches Didcot North Junction on 23 April 2026 with the 5Q57 09:47 Bicester MoD to Derby Litchurch Lane, conveying South Western Railways EMUs 701511 & 701507. Unfortunately 165123 just happened to be passing with the 2M24 10:33 Didcot Parkway to Banbury GWR service. Normally this would have spoiled the picture, but it turned out OK, as they were exactly side by side at the instant I pressed the shutter (or more precisely on the optimum frame of a ten frames per second burst).
