Iarnród Éireann's Dublin to Cork InterCity trains are formed from Mk 4 stock, with a GM 201 Class diesel locomotive at the south end, and a DVT at the north end. These CAF built DVTs have an extremely streamlined cab, which definitely sets them apart from standard British designs. 4001 is seen here leading the 09:25 Cork to Dublin Heston service past Roseberry (near Newbridge) on 25 May 2018. |
