A fine February afternoon at Uffington, with a clear blue sky, and no wind, making for pleasant photographic conditions. 43032 speeds westwards with the 1B46 14:45 Paddington to Swansea GWR service. It's the 24 February 2016, and still no sign of the Great Western Mainline electrification scheme, which should have been completed by now. Network Rail incompetence at its finest!
