On Saturday 18 April 2015, the Avon Valley line between Trowbridge and Bath was very busy, with First Great Western trains diverted away from the Swindon line, which was closed for engineering works. One such diverted train was the 1C14 12:06 Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads, seen here passing Avoncliff, 20 minutes late, with 43036 leading.
