Buffer fitted 43065 passes Cossington on 24 February 1992 with the 14:30 St Pancras to Nottingham service. Note that the road deck of the Syston Road bridge in the background has been completely removed. The temporary closure of the road wouldn't have been too much of an inconvenience for the locals, as not only is there the bridge on which I was standing, but also the A46 road, which can be seen in the distance.
