43080 passes South Moreton on 3 May 1993 with the 1M14 14:17 Bournemouth to Manchester Piccadilly 'Pines Express'. The 'Pines Express' named train dates back to the 1920s, and originally ran via the Somerset & Dorset line. It was re-routed via Oxford in 1962. The name was dropped in 1967, but was revived in the wave of naming (virtually all without any headboards) in the 1990s.
