This 5 March 2011 view shows the newly reinstated up line at Dorn (near Moreton-in-Marsh), part of the Cotswold Line upgrade. 43091 passes by with the 1P37 08:43 Great Malvern to Paddington First Great Western service. Considerable embankment strengthening work has been carried out since I was last here six months before. Of course this location is much more photogenic with the up trains apparently running 'wrong line', as it gives a wider viewpoint, and will certainly be a very unusual occurrence one the new track is commissioned.
