43121 passes the desolate remains of Severn Tunnel Junction Yard on 15 April 1991, as it prepares to descend into the tunnel with the 1A51 11:32 Swansea to Paddington 'St. David Pullman', on this occasion not quite living up to its premium service name by running ten minutes late. The former depot's fueling point is one of the few surviving indications in this picture of the importance of the once busy freight centre.
